Mark brings 31 years of experience in the banking industry to our team. The first 3 years he worked as a credit analyst for a large regional bank.  Mark received extensive credit school training where he exclusively underwrote Commercial and Industrial loans. After some time as a credit analyst, Mark transitioned and became a commercial lender for 28 years. He has worked for community banks prior to joining Capital Credit Union. Mark is experienced in lending to borrowers in the following industries: manufacturing, wholesaling, law firms, accounting firms, commercial real estate, investment real estate, medical, hospitality, and non-profits. He has worked with borrowers ranging from start-ups to borrowers with revenues of over $200 million. He is also versed in the Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs. Mark has a deep background in US Small Business Administration lending, and was the administrator for the SBA program at a former community bank.

Mark has a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse.  Mark is a proud member of the Bellevue Lions and active supporter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).

Lisa Berger is the Commercial Lending Support Specialist at Capital Credit Union. As the main channel of support for the business lenders at Capital Credit Union, Lisa is responsible for providing exceptional support to both her team of lenders and Members of Capital Credit Union. Lisa has over 35 years of banking experience, specializing in Commercial loan documentation with Post closing review, Compliance, HMDA reporting, Vendor Management and Small Business guaranteed lending programs to include SBA loan approvals, documentation, closing functions and 1502 reporting. Prior to Capital Credit Union Lisa held a Compliance role supporting a consortium of credit unions, and held a Commercial Loan Support position for 15 years at a community bank. Lisa also holds a Certification of Credit Union Compliance Expert since 2019.

Denee Mott is Vice President of Treasury Management in our Business Services division and heads up our Public Funds efforts at Capital Credit Union. She is focused on serving the needs of our business, not-for-profit, government businesses and organizations throughout our Capital Credit Union footprint. Denee brings over 30 years of Banking and Treasury Management experience to Capital Credit Union, including 28 of those years working closely with government organizations regarding their treasury, cash, and lending needs. She works with members to avoid financial risks, improve cash flow and liquidity, expand the international marketplace, and deliver strategic banking solutions with quantifiable efficiency results. Denee holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, with an emphasis in financial planning, from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. She also earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals.
