This is your chance to connect with fellow members, learn about our exciting plans, and enjoy a family-friendly event.Shuttle Information
We will provide a shuttle from the Fox Valley area. This will leave from our Eisenhower location in Kimberly promptly at 2:20 pm and 4:00 pm. The shuttle will leave the event at 5:45 pm and 7:15 pm.

Notice to Members
We, the Nominating Committee, have proposed these candidates for the three (3) expiring positions on the Board of Directors:
Lindsay Arndt
Paul Patterson
Steven Frassetto
You are hereby advised of your right under Article V, Section 4 of the Credit Union’s bylaws to submit to the Chairperson on or before May 1, 2026, a petition requesting your nomination as a nominee to the credit union’s Board of Directors. Your petition must be signed by at least one percent (1%) of the members eligible to vote at meetings of the members of the Credit Union. If no member submits a petition, the Chairperson shall take a voice vote or declare each nominee elected by acclamation at the annual meeting and there shall be no election by ballot.

Lindsay Arndt
Lindsay Arndt is an entrepreneur and community advocate with a background in strategic marketing and small business development. Lindsay has been a member of Capital Credit Union since 2024. A Capital Credit Union Advisory Board Member since 2024, Lindsay is the founder of On Cloud 920 and is currently launching Mobius De Pere, a K-6th after-school and summer program. Her professional expertise in navigating the complexities of business ownership provides a results-oriented perspective on serving the credit union’s diverse membership. Lindsay is married and has three children. Lindsay is a dedicated community volunteer, serving as an Advisory Board Member for Capital Credit Union and Board Member for De Pere Youth Baseball, and on committees for the Brown County United Way, Encompass, and Foster the Village. For nearly a decade, she has led fundraising initiatives for Children’s Wisconsin and the Ronald McDonald House. Her blend of business acumen and a heart for service ensures a well-rounded, member-focused perspective for the Board.

Paul Patterson
Paul Patterson works at Smith Gas Liquids, a wholesale propane company that serves small, family‑owned retail propane businesses throughout Michigan and Wisconsin. With more than 35 years of experience in the propane industry, Paul has built a long and respected career in the field. He holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Paul is married and has three children and two grandchildren. He has been a member of Capital Credit Union since 2008 and has served on the Board of Directors from 2012 to 2015 and from 2023 to the present. He currently serves on the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and has previously served on the Nominating Committee, as well as in the role of Board Chair. Paul is actively involved in several local organizations, including serving as Chair of the Finance Committee at St. John the Baptist Church in Howard. He is also a Trustee and past Grand Knight of the Duck Creek Council of the Knights of Columbus and previously served as President of the Wisconsin Agricultural and Life Science Alumni Association at UW–Madison.

Steven Frassetto
Steven Frassetto is a Partner at the Menn Law Firm, Ltd. in Appleton, Wisconsin. He is a graduate of Kimberly High School, the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and Marquette University Law School. Steve is married and has four children and seven grandchildren. He has been a member of Capital Credit Union since 1972 and has served on the Board of Directors since 1993. Steve currently serves as Vice Chair and also serves on the CEO Relations Committee and the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. He considers it a privilege to represent the members of Capital Credit Union on the Board of Directors. Capital Credit Union’s experienced Board of Directors and management team have enabled the credit union to navigate current financial markets while remaining a safe and financially secure institution. Capital Credit Union will continue to be a leader in the credit union industry and to serve its members and the communities in which they live. His priority is to provide the membership with the best financial products and services possible, and he appreciates the continued support of the membership.

What time does the Annual Meeting take place?
The Annual Meeting Portion of the event will take place from 4:00 - 4:45 PM.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
With our Annual Meeting portion being inside, we will continue forward in the event of rain or stormy weather. We will honor a rain date for zoo passes.
Where can I park?
Parking will be available across the street from the Zoo, as well as near the ski lodge.
Is there a cost to attend this event?
There is only a cost for dinner. $5.00 for Adults, $2.00 for Children and Seniors.
Is there a shuttle?
Yes, we will provide a shuttle from the Fox Valley area. This will leave from our Eisenhower location in Kimberly promptly at 2:20 pm and 4:00 pm . (855 Eisenhower Drive, Kimberly, WI 54136) The shuttle will leave the event at 5:45 pm and 7:15 pm.
Can I just attend the Annual Meeting without the dinner or other activities?
Yes, you are welcome to join in the Annual Meeting to learn about the financial strength and success over the past year. If you need to head out after that portion of the evening, that is all right.
Will Evan Williams be doing autographs?
No, however, you can meet him and get your photo taken with him.
What dinner options will be available at the Annual Meeting?
You may choose from grilled chicken breasts, brats, or hot dogs, served with buns, condiments, individual bags of potato chips, and assorted cookies.
