Getting Started with Online Banking

If you had Online Banking with us before the Online Banking Refresh, go ahead and follow either the Refresh Desktop Registration or the Refresh Mobile Registration instructions.

If you're a new user, you can find step by step instructions under New User Desktop Registration or New User Mobile Registration. 

If you’re a business, trust, or estate account holder who received additional communication from us, there is a slightly different registration process. Please refer to the letter or email that was sent to you with instructions on how to log into your account. This email was sent on January 20th with a similar letter sent shortly afterwards. If you are not able to find the email or letter, please reach out to us.

STEP BY STEP

  1. Enter your Online Banking User ID. This will be the same User ID you used for the old Online Banking. Click Continue.

  2. Enter your Online Banking password. Click Log In. 

  3. On the User Verification screen, enter your User ID one more time and click Submit.

  4. Verify your identity by selecting to receive a secure access code via text message or a call to your phone. Select which option you would like by clicking either Send me a text message or Call my phone. 
    Note: If the phone number listed is not accurate, you can select I can't be reached at any of those numbers and we'll provide some additional questions for you to verify your identity. 
    We will never call and ask you for your secure access code. This is one way fraudsters will attempt to gain access to your Online Banking account. 
  5. Once you receive your secure access code, enter it on the next screen.
  6. Enter the new password you would like to use for Online Banking. You're welcome to use the same password you have used in the past if you choose, however, it needs to be at least 10 characters long, contain at least one number, at least one special symbol, and an uppercase and lowercase letter. 
  7. The New Security Features screen gives a short description about how and why we'll ask you to answer security questions during the process. Click Continue. 

  8. Select your security questions and fill in the answers to each in the space provided. Click Continue.
  9. Review your questions and answers. If you see an error, you can make changes by clicking Edit and repeating step 8 above. If you're happy with your questions and answers click Submit.

  10. You're so close! The last step is to read the Online and Mobile Banking Disclosure. Once you've read the disclosure, click the check box at the bottom to accept the terms of the agreement and then click I accept the terms of this agreement for each.
  11. You're in! If you have additional questions, we're here. Give us a call or stop in to any branch location.

  7. Select your security questions and fill in the answers to each in the space provided. Click Continue.
  8. Review your questions and answers. If you see an error, you can make changes by clicking Edit and repeating step 8 above. If you're happy with your questions and answers click Submit.
