Getting Started with Online Banking

If you're looking for a written or video walk through of the enrollment process, you're in the right place! The steps are a little different between mobile and desktop. Choose the device you'll be using for enrollment below to get started.

STEP BY STEP

  1. Click the "Register" link under the Continue button.

  2. Enter your last name, Social Security Number, and zip code. In addition, you will need to enter your Checking or Savings account number, then click Submit.


  3. Verify your identity by selecting to receive a secure access code via text message or a call to your phone. Select which option you would like by clicking either Send me a text message or Call my phone. 
    Note: If the phone number listed is not accurate, you can select I can't be reached at any of those numbers and we'll provide some additional questions for you to verify your identity. 
    We will never call and ask you for your secure access code. This is one way fraudsters will attempt to gain access to your Online Banking account. 
  4. Once you receive your secure access code, enter it on the next screen.


  5. Enter the User ID and Password you would like to use for Online Banking. The User ID can be anything you choose, as long as it is at least 8 characters. Similarly, you can choose whatever you would like for the password, but it needs to be at least 10 characters long, contain at least one number, and at least one special symbol. 


  6. Look for the, "your account has been activated message," and click Continue.

  7. Select your security questions and fill in the answers to each in the space provided. Click Continue.
  8. Review your questions and answers. If you see an error, you can make changes by clicking Edit and repeating step 8 above. If you're happy with your questions and answers click Submit.

  9. You're so close! The last step is to read the Online and Mobile Banking Disclosure. Once you've read the disclosure, click the check box at the bottom to accept the terms of the agreement and then click I accept the terms of this agreement for each.
