The Commercial Lending Processor assists in the origination, processing and closing of commercial loans, creates a smooth and timely transition from application to closing, and provides an exceptional experience for our members. This person also ensures compliance with appropriate regulations, investors, title companies, and Credit Union policy and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of credit policies and government regulations, strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members, employees, and vendors in stressful situations. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, business or related field is preferred, or a minimum of two years of lending or related experience, preferably with commercial accounts.

The Branch Development Specialist works with our Branch Managers to ensure quality and efficiency of service and member advocacy, as well as ensuring that all branch employees are following the credit union's vision and mission. This person will promote staff development and may supervise employee performance, as well as working with our SVP-Branch Development on project management and analyzing branch operations.
Our ideal candidate will have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field. Two years of branch manager experience is required. Qualified candidates must also possess strong leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with a diverse group of members and employees while projecting a professional image in our financial environment.

The Teller Supervisor supervises employee performance in, and the daily operation of, the teller area. Responsibilities include ensuring quality and efficiency of service delivered by the teller line and encouraging tellers to seek opportunities to educate members and introduce products and services that will benefit them.

The candidate must be able to pass a federal criminal background check and be listed on the Federal Mortgage Loan Officer registry as required by the S.A.F.E. Act.
