Dog Days of Summer

Help us celebrate...
Dog Days of Summer
After last year's success, we're excited to bring back the Dog Days of Summer at all of our branches throughout the month of August! The Dog Days of Summer is a time to show-off your furry friend and help us support local animal rescues.
We invite you to bring your dog into any Capital CU branch lobby on Fridays in August to celebrate Fido Fridays. We will have dog treats, doggy bandanas and extra attention from all of our staff. On August 22, we are hosting an extra special event at our Ridge and Eisenhower Drive locations. We will have free photography sessions (pre sign-up encouraged), treats, and more! Bring in your fur-baby to capture their best look for everyone to see.
During the last week of August, on Tuesday, August 26, we are partnering with the Timber Rattlers for a Bark in the Park evening at Fox Cities stadium. Bring your dog for an afternoon at the ballpark and stop by our booth to say hi to our friendly staff.
In addition, throughout the month of August, we will donate $5 to Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary for every new Facebook and Instagram follower on our Capital Credit Union page. Help us support them by encouraging all of your friends and family to follow our page!
So, stop by in August to connect with our employees, get your financial needs taken care of and show-off your furry family member for a good cause!
Donate to Happily Ever After
Happily Ever After (HEA) was founded in 2006 by Amanda Reitz to save shelter animals from euthanasia. Starting in her family’s garage with their first rescue dog, HEA grew into a full family-led organization with a sanctuary and adoption center in Wisconsin. Through adoption, education, spaying/neutering, rehabilitation, and sanctuary care, HEA works to create a world where the life of every companion animal matters...

By supporting HEA, you’re helping create a world where every companion animal matters. Your gift provides daily care, finds forever homes, educates the community, supports low-cost spay/neuter programs, funds rehabilitation, and offers lifelong sanctuary for animals in need.

Dogs with up-to-date vaccinations are admitted for free to the ballpark and enjoy the game from the left field berm (section 115) with a paid admission by their pet parents.
Pets and their parents will enter with ease through entrance on the third base side of the ballpark, right next to the left field berm. Bark in the park participants will also have special access to a grassy area for their dog's relief during the game.
Visit the Capital CU booth for a bandana and extra love from our staff.
