Official Rules
1. Eligibility This prize drawing is open only to attendees at the Romeo Doubs Meet & Greet at Morris Ave. Branch and individuals who submit sign-ups through capitalcu.com. Eligible entrants must be legal residents of Northeastern Wisconsin 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Capital Credit Union, as well as members of their immediate family (including spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate. This prize drawing is void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter Participants may enter by filling out an entry form in person at the Meet & Greet event or by submitting an entry through the website (capitalcu.com) during the promotional period. No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Limit 1 entry per person. Any additional entries by the same individual will be disqualified.
3. Prize Details The prize for this drawing includes a table for 4 and a $100 food & drink voucher at the December 15, 2025 filming of Clubhouse Live. There is only one Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted except at Capital Credit Union’s sole discretion.
4. Winner Selection and Notification One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place after 4:00pm on 12/9/2025. The winner will be notified via phone or email using the contact information provided on their entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 24 hours, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Capital Credit Union’s sole discretion.
5. General Terms By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Capital Credit Union, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Capital Credit Union and its respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the prize drawing or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

6. Applicable Laws The prize drawing is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Capital Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, tampering, or other causes beyond the control of Capital Credit Union affect the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Any attempt to tamper with or damage the Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Promotion winner will be asked to sign an “Affidavit of Eligibility and Public Relations and Liability Release” in order to receive the prize. Failure to execute and return an “Affidavit of Eligibility and Public Relations and Liability Release” within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Capital Credit Union reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winner. The Winner must show a valid state-issued driver’s license or other identification as evidence of identity. In the event the potential winner does not qualify or is not willing to accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected, at Capital Credit Union discretion, at random from all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All decisions of Capital Credit Union regarding the eligibility of an entry and the sufficiency of a potential winner’s documentation are final and binding. The prize will be distributed no later than 12/10/25 after Capital Credit Union receives a properly executed “Affidavit of Eligibility and Public Relations and Liability Release” from the Promotion winner and verifies the identity of the Promotion winner. By accepting a prize, the Promotion winner grants full permission to Capital Credit Union, their officers, directors, employees, advertising and promotional agencies, and anyone authorized by any of them to use winners’ name, likeness, voice, written or verbal statements, photographs, videotaped footage, and biographical data, in whole or in part, in any and all media, for the purpose of advertising, publicity, and trade without any compensation whatsoever, except where prohibited by law.
7. Limitations of Liability a. Capital Credit Union is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether or not caused by technical or human error, that may occur in the processing of entry forms in the Promotion. Capital Credit Union assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, theft or destruction, tampering, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entry information. Capital Credit Union is not responsible for lost, mutilated, late, incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected entry forms. b. By entering this Promotion, entrants waive and release any and all rights, claims, and causes of action whatsoever against Capital Credit Union, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, agents, officers, directors, and employees for any matter, claim, harm, damage, liability, cost, loss, or injury arising out of or in any way related to entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, redemption, or misuse of any prize or goods related to this Promotion. 8. Disputes Resolution a. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Capital Credit Union in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. In addition, any dispute relating to the Promotion (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Brown County, Wisconsin. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts.
9. Privacy Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Capital Credit Union’s Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at [www.capitalcu.com/privacy]. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail only with respect to the conduct of this Promotion.
