Lost or Stolen Card/Fraud

Change Your Contact Information

Change your address or update your email address with us any of the following ways:

  • Login to your Online Banking account, click on "Settings" and select "Manage Info"
  • Fill out and mail this form to us at our Morris Avenue address
  • Stop in at any Capital location

Re-order Checks

Re-order checks online, call 800-728-4294, or call or stop in at any Capital branch (promotional discounts only available when ordering through Capital)

Phone Banking

All you need is a touch tone phone to sign up and access your Capital accounts, including:

  • Check account balance and history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make Capital loan payments

Remote Banking Services:

  • Web Payment Center - Register or login to make a loan payment or transfer money from an external account to your Capital checking or savings using our Web Payment Center (Electronic Cash Management Service (ECM) is $7.50 per transaction)
  • Mobile, Text Message and Online Banking
