International Credit Union (ICU) Day® celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement. ICU has been celebrated on the third Thursday of October since 1948. This year marks 75 years of celebrations on Thursday, October 19th.

The Credit Union Movement

In just the state of Wisconsin, credit unions in 2022 helped Wisconsinites save $297 million with better loans rates and $51 million in savings rates. With that and through other financial aspects, $377 million was kept in member’s pockets through better financial options offered by organizations just like us.
