Bill Pay Refresh

Calling all Bill Pay users!
We've taken extra steps to make the transition as painless as possible! That said, you'll want to take note of what transferred over during the Online Banking Refresh and what will need to be reset. (We've put together a quick-view table below.)  

KNOW WHAT'S TRANSFERRING

Anything marked as "no" did not transfer over with the Online Banking Refresh and will need to be reset. If you have any questions about what transferred, give us a call or stop in and we'll talk you through it.
 
Good news! 
We had a slight change in plans. Any Transactions you had scheduled for 2/5 or later in Bill Pay prior to the Refresh have transferred over! We hope this is a pleasant surprise. However, Bill Pay payments scheduled for 2/3 or 2/4 did not and will not process. All other payments will continue to process as normal. If you had made prior arrangements or paid your bill ahead of time and believe your payments may duplicate now that transactions have converted, please give us a call and we'll talk through next steps with you.

AGREEMENTS

To use Bill Pay after the Refresh, you will need to accept an updated agreement. This agreement will automatically show the first time you click on Bill Pay in Online Banking after the Refresh. This agreement will also include a new product called Zelle®, which can be found in Online Banking under the Bill Pay section.
