Teller Positions

Tellers are the first point of contact for members who visit our branches, so they have the opportunity to make a great impression on everyone who comes through the door. We believe in going above and beyond "great service" to become financial advocates for our members. This means in addition to assisting members with the transaction they came in for, we also want to help them improve their financial situation. Our Tellers strive to do the right thing for each member by informing them about products and services that benefit their unique situations and referring members to Capital Credit Union specialists that can take their financial well-being to the next level.


We are looking for applicants who have a passion for helping people combined with the ability to effectively learn and use our computer systems and software to serve our members efficiently. Our ideal candidates have high attention to detail and accuracy. Previous cash handling experience is a plus!

Financial Representative - Green Bay


The Financial Representative position is full-time, based at one of our west-side Green Bay branches as part of our Financial Solutions Department. This position provides financial advice and services to members of the credit union by phone and in person.


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the correct grammar and setup used for business documents, the ability to read and interpret spreadsheets and written business reports, the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, the ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed and technical instructions, correspondence, and memos, the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs as normally acquired through completion of a high school education and related experience, strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to comply with credit union policies and support the overall business objectives, and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members, employees, and vendors in stressful situations. Series 6 and 63 FINRA licensing and life/health licensing are required for this position and must be obtained within 180 days of employment.

Mortgage Lending Specialist - Morris (Green Bay)


The Mortgage Lending Specialist provides hands-on training to new Mortgage Lenders, including, but not limited to, the initial training, reviews throughout orientation, and follow-up training as necessary, covering the basics of the position. Also, presents on-going training and cross-training for employees on new products and software applications. Supports, promotes, and explains the general concept of member advocacy to the Mortgage Lenders, including but not limited to the development of the Member Advocacy culture as it pertains to the "Capital Experience."


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the credit union's products, services, and procedures, good math aptitude and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal/member service skills, the ability to learn and use Credit Union computer systems, and the ability to practice professionalism and project a professional image in a financial environment. Also, the candidate must be able to pass a federal criminal background check and be listed on the Federal Mortgage Loan Officer registry as required by The S.A.F.E. Act. Mortgage lending experience is required.

Commercial Lending Processor - Ford (Kimberly)


The Commercial Lending Processor works as part of the Commercial Lending team in the origination, processing and closing of commercial loans, creating a smooth and timely transition from application to closing for our members.


The Commercial Lending Processor will handle all pre-closing details of a commercial loan transaction including preparation of disclosures, re-disclosures, and closing documents along with ordering services related to the commercial loan file. They will work with Commercial Lenders and members to obtain follow-up information. They will also work directly with title companies in requesting or receiving information regarding commercial mortgage documents. The Commercial Lending Processor will assist with document filing, researching, tracking, and imaging.


The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of credit policies and government regulations, strong analytical ability and credit analysis skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members, employees, and vendors in stressful situations.

Network Analyst - Morris (Green Bay)


The Network Analyst assists in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure, communications, virtualization, backup, software and hardware upgrades, and Business Continuity Plan, and IT projects. Works closely with CIO in network design and IT and business projects. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems.


The ideal candidate will have a BA, BS, or MS in computer science or related field or five years of technical experience with applicable technical certifications, will have excellent knowledge and the ability to configure and manager Server OS, workstation OS, Active Directory, DNS routing, and related network systems as well as server and SAN hardware, backups, Exchanges, MS Office, databases (i.e. SQL and Oracle) and other enterprise systems, VMWare, VEEAM, routers, switches, and firewalls. Other requirements include strong project management skills with an understanding of how to define, document and track goals, scope, resources, schedule, quality, testing and communications. Must be self-motivated with the ability to manage other people's time, prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Must have the ability to analyze, research, and resolve technical problems, and the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment and decision making. High level of interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees, technicians, and vendors in sometimes stressful situations. Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills and have the ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical users.

Limited Part Time Courier/Maintenance - based in Kimberly


The Courier/Maintenance position is fully responsible for all materials transported within and between branches and/or other institutions. This person also performs general building and credit union vehicle maintenance and upkeep. Requirements include a current, valid driver's license, the ability to operate necessary tools and equipment for general building maintenance and upkeep, and previous electrical experience is preferred.


Limited Part Time positions work between 15-19 hours per week.
