Teller Positions

Tellers are the first point of contact for members who visit our branches, so they have the opportunity to make a great impression on everyone who comes through the door. We believe in going above and beyond "great service" to become financial advocates for our members. This means in addition to assisting members with the transaction they came in for, we also want to help them improve their financial situation. Our Tellers strive to do the right thing for each member by informing them about products and services that benefit their unique situations and referring members to Capital Credit Union specialists that can take their financial well-being to the next level.


We are looking for applicants who have a passion for helping people combined with the ability to effectively learn and use our computer systems and software to serve our members efficiently. Our ideal candidates have high attention to detail and accuracy. Previous cash handling experience is a plus!


Current Teller openings are listed below:

(Full Time: 37.5-40 hours/week; Part Time: 20-29 hours/week; Limited Part Time: 19 hours/week or less)

Teller/MSR - Kaukauna and Little Chute Piggly Wiggly Grocery locations

As a Teller/MSR you are the face of the credit union inside of the our two Grocery locations. It's more than just processing financial transactions. It's building lasting relationships and helping others to improve their financial well-being. If a philosophy of "people helping people" fits with your personal philosophy, we're the place for you! In addition to teller duties, this position performs some basic MSR duties such as as well. This position will float between the two grocery store locations on an as-needed basis. A wage differential will be paid for floating.

Marketing Specialist - Ford (Kimberly)

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the strategies to promote the overall image of the credit union and its products and services. Primary responsibilities will include providing ideas for campaigns; coordinating campaign elements; designing ads and signage; communicating with vendors, employees and members; connecting with members and potential members via social media; analyzing media channels and managing budgets; assisting with events and charitable activities; and looking for opportunities that promote the Credit Union philosophy.


The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinking and flexible under stressful situations. Must be able to be a self-starter but still able to take some direction and work together as a team. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Skilled at public speaking. Ability to lead teams of all sizes. Creative thinker. Professional in mannerisms. Excellent project management abilities. Knowledge of local advertising mediums and strategies. Ability to adhere to guidelines and policies for allocated budgets. Three to four years of previous marketing experience and one to two years of previous event experience is desired. A two or four year college degree is preferred (marketing or business-related). Must be able to lift heavy items and have a valid driver's license.

Training Specialist - Morris Ave. (Green Bay)

Provides "hands-on" training to new Tellers and Member Service Representatives, including, but not limited to, their initial training, reviews throughout orientation, and follow-up training as necessary, covering the basics of the particular position. Also, presents on-going training and cross-training for employees on new products and software applications. Communication Center Expeditor - Morris Ave (Green Bay)

Accepts loan applications over the phone and opens new accounts from the online banking system. The information collected is forwarded to the member's branch of choice. Maintains an advanced knowledge of the online banking system (Q2/Bill Pay) to work as the support team for members and employees within the organization.
