Teller Positions

Tellers are the first point of contact for members who visit our branches, so they have the opportunity to make a great impression on everyone who comes through the door. We believe in going above and beyond "great service" to become financial advocates for our members. This means in addition to assisting members with the transaction they came in for, we also want to help them improve their financial situation. Our Tellers strive to do the right thing for each member by informing them about products and services that benefit their unique situations and referring members to Capital Credit Union specialists that can take their financial well-being to the next level.


We are looking for applicants who have a passion for helping people combined with the ability to effectively learn and use our computer systems and software to serve our members efficiently. Our ideal candidates have high attention to detail and accuracy. Previous cash handling experience is a plus!

Teller Supervisor - Little Chute


The Teller Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of service delivered by the teller line. This person supervises employee performance in, and the daily operation of, the teller area, and assists members in person, through drive-ups, or by telephone, providing a broad range of Credit Union information. The Teller Supervisor promotes an atmosphere of enthusiastic quality service and encourages tellers to seek opportunities to educate members and introduce products and services that will benefit them.


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the products, services, and procedures of the Credit Union, the analytical ability necessary to research and resolve member and teller problems and determine the appropriate course of action in unique situations, excellent interpersonal/member service skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with sensitive situations, good motivation, leadership, and delegation skills, the ability to learn and use Credit Union computer systems, and the ability to practice professionalism and project a professional image in a financial environment.

Member Service Representative - Velp Ave. (Green Bay)

Member Service Reps at Capital are at the core of our mission of "Doing the Right Thing." We believe in going above and beyond "great service" to become financial advocates for our members. This means in addition to assisting members with the request they came in for, we also want to help them improve their financial situation. Our MSRs strive to do the right thing for each member by educating them about products and services that benefit their unique situations, and then walking with them through each step of the process in order to take their financial well-being to the next level. Opening new accounts and taking loan applications are just the beginning!


We are looking for applicants who have a passion for helping people combined with the ability to effectively learn and use our computer systems and software to serve our members efficiently. Mortgage Lending Specialist - Morris (Green Bay)


The Mortgage Lending Specialist provides hands-on training to new Mortgage Lenders, including, but not limited to, the initial training, reviews throughout orientation, and follow-up training as necessary, covering the basics of the position. Also, presents on-going training and cross-training for employees on new products and software applications. Supports, promotes, and explains the general concept of member advocacy to the Mortgage Lenders, including but not limited to the development of the Member Advocacy culture as it pertains to the "Capital Experience."


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the credit union's products, services, and procedures, good math aptitude and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal/member service skills, the ability to learn and use Credit Union computer systems, and the ability to practice professionalism and project a professional image in a financial environment. Network Analyst - Morris (Green Bay)


The Network Analyst assists in the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure, communications, virtualization, backup, software and hardware upgrades, and Business Continuity Plan, and IT projects. Works closely with CIO in network design and IT and business projects. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems.


The ideal candidate will have a BA, BS, or MS in computer science or related field or five years of technical experience with applicable technical certifications, will have excellent knowledge and the ability to configure and manager Server OS, workstation OS, Active Directory, DNS routing, and related network systems as well as server and SAN hardware, backups, Exchanges, MS Office, databases (i.e. SQL and Oracle) and other enterprise systems, VMWare, VEEAM, routers, switches, and firewalls. Other requirements include strong project management skills with an understanding of how to define, document and track goals, scope, resources, schedule, quality, testing and communications. Must be self-motivated with the ability to manage other people's time, prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Must have the ability to analyze, research, and resolve technical problems, and the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment and decision making. High level of interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees, technicians, and vendors in sometimes stressful situations. Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills and have the ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical users.

The Business Analyst is the "in-house" expert in various software and systems used at the Credit Union, with special emphasis on our core system. This person works closely with the CIO and business units, and applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of our software and systems.

Consumer Loan Processor - Corporate (Morris Ave in Green Bay)


The Consumer Loan Processor assists MSRs and Dealers in person or by telephone by quickly reviewing and processing loan information to help determine a member's eligibility for a loan. This person receives and processes their transactions, requests, and concerns with an enthusiastic quality service and member advocacy orientation, and also assists MSRs in non-member contact responsibilities. Other responsibilities include inputting and funding dealer loan contracts, assisting members with questions on loans, force-placed insurance, and vehicle title questions, preparing paid loan information, and other miscellaneous duties.


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the products, services, and procedures needed to process transactions, a high degree of accuracy, the analytical ability necessary to research and resolve loan questions, good communication and listening skills, and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees, dealers, and members in stressful situations.

The IT Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the IT Department and the project management process. This person will also participate in the Business Continuity Plan and IT project management process.


The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in Administrative Professional, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or two years of experience; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills; thorough knowledge of project management; the ability to analyze and research various topics and exercise a high degree of independent judgment; and the interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees, technicians, and vendors.
