Refinancing a Home: What to Bring
When refinancing a home, here are a couple of items that we will need you to bring with you at the time of the application:

Copies of w-2 forms for the last 2 years

Copies of current check stub(s) from present employer(s)

If self-employed, we will need copies of the last 2 years of business
    and personal taxes.

Statement from present mortgage holder.

Copy of deed to home or title insurance policy.

Copy of current homeowners insurance.
