Construction Loans: What to Bring
When applying for a construction loan, here are a couple of items that we will need you to bring with you at the time of the application:

Copies of w-2 forms for the last 2 years

Copies of current check stub(s) from present employer(s)

If self-employed, we will need copies of the last 2 years of business
    and personal taxes.

Copy of the blueprints to your new home.

Copy of the building contract.

Copy of the deed for the lot (if currently owned by you).
