Upon connecting to Call-24:
For Call-24, press 1
For Capital Credit Union Information, press 2
Upon entering Call-24:
Enter your member account number followed by the pound sign (#)
Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN), followed by the pound
sign
If this is your first time using Call-24 and you have not used Online Banking:
enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number
followed by the pound sign. You will then be asked to change your PIN.

To return to the previous menu, press star (*)

For specific account information, press 1
Access
share draft, share, credit card, loan, IRA, and Share Certificate accounts
Transfers, press 2
Make transfers to and from any of your share accounts or
make payments to your loan from any of your share accounts.
For balance and payment inquiries, press 3
Hear the balance of all of your share accounts, get the balances in each of
your share accounts listed individually, get your current loan balance (note:
this is not your pay-off balance).
For special services, press 4
Report a lost or stolen debit or credit card, order more checks, order copies of cancelled checks, or order copies of past statements.
