Bill Pay-24 is FREE for you to use - no monthly fees!

Business accounts will be charged $2.50 per month and $.45 a transaction.

Any other charges associated with your checking account also apply to Bill-Pay 24 such as NSF or stop payment fees. After 60 days of non-usage, your Bill Pay-24 service will be cancelled. A $5.00 deactivation fee will be charged upon service cancellation.

The first time you use Bill Pay-24
When using Bill Pay-24 for the first time, you will be prompted to create security challenge questions. These questions will be asked during certain transactions within Bill Pay-24 as an enhancement to your online banking security.

• Enjoy the convenience of paying your bills, making payments to individuals, charitable donations, and sending special event cards with monetary gifts all through the secure convenience of Bill Pay-24.

• Payments submitted prior to 1:00pm CST will be processed the same business day.

• If a recurring payment falls on a holiday or weekend, you have the choice to designate whether it gets paid prior to, or after, the scheduled payment date.

• Need to rush a payment? For a fee, select either Next Business Day or Second Day Standard Delivery.

• Need to set up a transfer to an outside account from your Capital funds? Bill Pay-24 enables you to set up a single or recurring transfer.

• Payments can be made to any payee with a U. S. payment address (exceptions: payment of alimony, child support, taxes or other governmental or court-ordered fees).

• To ensure that your payments reach the designation payee in time - whether sent via paper check or an electronic payment - it is advised that your payment is processed at least five (5) business days prior to the date your payment is due. First payments to a payee should be processed at least ten (10) business days prior to the due date.
