Your Cost
FREE to personal accounts! As long as you use Bill Pay-24, there is no charge. Pay only a non-refundable $5 enrollment fee! You will receive email notification, if your account is inactive for 60 days. If your account continues to be inactive for up to an additional 30 days, it will be closed. Business accounts will be charged $2.50 per month and $.45 a transaction.
Any other charges associated with your checking account also apply to Bill-Pay 24 such as NSF or stop payment fees.

The first time you use Bill Pay-24
You must review and accept the online disclosures before accessing the system. You must also change your PIN. If you enter your user name or PIN incorrectly more than three times, you will be required to contact Capital to have your PIN reset.

To Make Payments
Once you're logged in, it's simple!
Make payments of $1 to $10,000 to virtually anyone: one-time payments to your dog groomer, your babysitter or the mechanic, or recurring payments to the electric company, the daycare, the florist--you name it! Payments can be made to any payee with a U. S. payment address (exceptions: payment of alimony, child support, taxes or other governmental or court-ordered fees). Payments must be processed at least five (5) business days prior to the date your payment is due. First payments to a payee should be processed at least ten (10) business days prior to the due date.
