Member Associates are responsible to provide exceptional service to our members as they process financial transactions in an accurate manner, answer members' questions, align additional products and services with members' needs, and maintain credit union policies and procedures. Requirements: We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail, possess a good math aptitude, and preferably have previous experience in customer service and/or sales.

We're looking for professional and friendly local college students who are excited about
excellence in member service! We currently have student openings at our branches in
Appleton and Kaukauna! Work approximately 20 hours per week around your school schedule.
Responsibilities: Member Associates are responsible for providing a high level of service to our members, processing members' transactions, assisting members with questions, and selling credit union products and services.
Requirements: Qualified candidates will enjoy working with the public. Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience is beneficial, but not required. What is required is excellent customer service philosophies and a willingness to learn. Full training program provided.
