KIMBERLY, Wis. – More than 100 children and their parents enjoyed the treats, festivities and face painting during Capital’s Critters Ice Cream Social for kids ages 12 and younger on Saturday, August 3.  Attendees indulged in their own sundae creations from Cold Stone Creamery, and children visited the craft table and played games like the bean bag toss, Plinko, and pick a duck in exchange for prizes.
