Membership Application
Are you ready to become a member/owner of Capital Credit Union? Anyone living or working in Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago or Brown Counties in Wisconsin are eligible to join the Credit Union. Immediate family members of current Capital Credit Union members are also eligible for membership. Simply fill out a membership pre-application and make a small deposit in a savings (share) account ($5 minimum). That's all it takes to be eligible for all the financial services offered to members of Capital Credit Union!

Bill Pay-24 Application
Save stamps, time, and money by using our fast and easy “free” Bill Pay-24* service for personal accounts. Set up recurring monthly payments or a one-time payment. All of your information is saved after you set it up, affording you the luxury of accessing it immediately! You can even send your loved one a birthday card and check. Sign up for Bill Pay-24 at any Capital location or online at capitalcu.com.

*Bill Pay-24 is free for personal accounts with active use. A $5 fee will be applied after 60 days of non-use. Business/Organizational accounts $2.50 per month fee for Bill Pay-24, plus $.45 per transaction.
24-Hour PIN Request Form
Get set for Online Banking by using this form to request a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your Capital account. If you already use Call-24, you can simply use that same PIN for Online Banking. Once you’re set up, be sure to keep your PIN a secret to help ensure the privacy of your account.

ATM/Check Card Application
It’s quick and easy to get the money you need or pay for purchases with a Capital ATM/Check Card! Linked directly to your checking account, your Capital ATM/Check Card gives you fast access to your money using your Personal Identification Number (PIN) or with an easy signature transaction. Save with fee-free withdrawals locally at Capital ATMs, nationwide at Alliance One Network ATMs, and at merchants and retailers around the world, wherever Visa is accepted.

Cross-Account Transfer Authorization Form
This form authorizes cross-account transfer access for Capital Credit Union's 24-Hour Access services. At least one signer, primary or joint, must have authorization to both accounts.
