Help Desk Technician - Morris (Green Bay)

The Help Desk Technician's primary role is to ensure Help Desk requests and computer operations are handled promptly so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users and members with a positive and professional approach. This position will also include day to day data center operations. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IS systems investments.


The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of various server OS, workstation OS, backup software, Exchange, MsOffice Professional, VMWare, database applications, microcomputer architecture, concepts, and design, coupled with a BA, BS, or MS in computers or through technical certifications. Other requirements include the analytical ability necessary to research and resolve technical problems and determine the appropriate course of action, interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of employees, technicians, and vendors in sometimes stressful situations, and the ability to practice professionalism and project a professional image in a financial environment. Marketing Analyst (Ford Office in Kimberly)

Primary responsibilities will include managing digital strategy, including the website, online advertising, email marketing and analytics; assisting in creation and execution of ongoing branding campaigns; and overseeing the setting, tracking and analyzing of the marketing budget. Additional responsibilities will involve general support of marketing activities and tasks.


The ideal candidate will have knowledge of technology and its applications with a solid understanding of digital marketing and web best practices, including SEO, SEM and marketing automation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinking and flexible under stressful situations. Must be a self-starter and still able to take direction, as well as comfortable working together as a team. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Creative thinker. Professional in mannerisms. Excellent project management abilities. Knowledge of local advertising mediums and strategies. Ability to adhere to guidelines and policies for allocated budgets. Three to four years of digital marketing experience is desired. A four year college degree is preferred (marketing or business-related).

Mortgage Lending Trainer - Eisenhower (Kimberly)

Trains new Mortgage Lenders on all aspects of the position including products and services, procedures, regulations and compliance, software, referrals, and service to the members. Working closely with the Compliance Officer, they will also provide training and testing on regulations such as the SAFE Act or other compliance related items. The trainer also provides training, refreshers, and updates to current lending staff on changes to any of the above. The Mortgage Lending Trainer maintains all manuals and documents, develops training materials and methods, tracks employees' training, and keeps up to date on all lending regulations and changes. The trainer will travel to various branches in the north and south areas to work with employees or attend meetings.


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the credit union's products, services, and procedures, good math aptitude and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal/member service skills, the ability to learn and use Credit Union computer systems, and the ability to practice professionalism and project a professional image in a financial environment. Also, the candidate must be able to pass a federal criminal background check and be listed on the Federal Mortgage Loan Officer registry as required by The S.A.F.E. Act. Mortgage Lending experience is required.
