Marketing Analyst (Ford Office in Kimberly)

The Marketing Analyst will be instrumental in identifying how to best meet our member's needs, setting direction and executing strategies for the overall image of Capital Credit Union. Primary responsibilities will include managing digital strategy, including the website, online advertising, email marketing and analytics; assisting in creation and execution of ongoing branding campaigns; and overseeing the setting, tracking and analyzing of the marketing budget. Additional responsibilities will involve general support of marketing activities and tasks.


The ideal candidate will have knowledge of technology and its applications with a solid understanding of digital marketing and web best practices, including SEO, SEM and marketing automation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinking and flexible under stressful situations. Must be a self-starter and still able to take direction, as well as comfortable working together as a team. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Creative thinker. Professional in mannerisms. Excellent project management abilities. Knowledge of local advertising mediums and strategies. Ability to adhere to guidelines and policies for allocated budgets. Three to four years of digital marketing experience is desired. A four year college degree is preferred (marketing or business-related).

Mortgage Quality Specialist (Eisenhower Branch in Kimberly)

Under the direction of the Mortgage Lending Supervisor, the Mortgage Quality Specialist assists with functions in the Mortgage Servicing Department, including quality loan reviews, tracking of recorded mortgages and final title policies, and preparing files for audit with FHLB, Fannie Mae, internal auditors, etc. The Mortgage Quality Specialist also provides exceptional service by assisting credit union members, coworkers, and outside vendors.


The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the credit union computer system and mortgage software, a high degree of accuracy, the analytical ability necessary to research and resolve complex issues, the ability to advise Mortgage Servicing employees on member issues, strong organizational and time management skills, leadership traits, and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members, employees, and vendors in stressful situations.

Member Service Rep (MSR) - Allouez and De Pere

The MSR works with members to meet their financial needs, both on the deposit and lending sides. They open and work with all types of deposit products, including IRAs and HSAs, as well as work with all lending products, except for first mortgages. They can take a first mortgage application. The MSR works together with the teller line on the referral process. The MSR may educate members on money management.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role at a financial institution. Qualifications include the ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed and sometimes technical instructions, correspondence, and memos and possess a strong math aptitude. This position requires the ability to pass a federal criminal background check and be listed on the Federal Mortgage Loan Officer Registry as required by the S.A.F.E. Act. Other qualifications include the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for over fifty percent of the work time, the analytical ability necessary to research and resolve member problems and determine the appropriate course of action, interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members in various degrees of stressful situations, strong communication/listening skills to deal diplomatically and effectively with sensitive situations, strong motivation and sales skills, and the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment when addressing member concerns. Must be supportive of the overall business objectives.

This position will be split between both the Allouez Ave branch and the De Pere branch.
