Teller Positions

Tellers are the first point of contact for members who visit our branches, so they have the opportunity to make a great impression on everyone who comes through the door. We believe in going above and beyond "great service" to become financial advocates for our members. This means in addition to assisting members with the transaction they came in for, we also want to help them improve their financial situation. Our Tellers strive to do the right thing for each member by informing them about products and services that benefit their unique situations and referring members to Capital Credit Union specialists that can take their financial well-being to the next level.


We are looking for applicants who have a passion for helping people combined with the ability to effectively learn and use our computer systems and software to serve our members efficiently. Our ideal candidates have high attention to detail and accuracy. Previous cash handling experience is a plus!


Current Teller openings are listed below:

The CIO is accountable for technology strategy, design, change and operations. The critical industry IT priorities are leading edge member services and experiences, data security and privacy, product portfolio servicing, and growth and innovation.


The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of various server OS (i.e. Windows and Linux), workstation OS, backup software, Exchange, MS Office, database applications (i.e. SQL and Oracle), microcomputer architecture, concepts, and design. Strong leadership qualities that include calculated risk taking, planning, negotiating, consideration, being decision and action oriented, having a broader view of technology with a long-term focus, being evolutionary (not revolutionary), having vision and direction, a sense of humor, and being empathetic of end user expectations. Strong management qualities including staff supervision, delegation, SLAs, promoting continuous improvement, setting goals and objectives, and coaching and development. Active listening, excellent communication, business collaboration, vendor service delivery, end-user experience, and analytical. A Bachelor's degree in a technology related field and at least eight years of IT management experience at the Director, Vice President and CIO level is required. A Master's degree in Technology Management or Business and at least three years of IT management experience in banking, credit union, or another institution that requires a high level of customer data security and privacy is preferred.

Accounting Specialist - Morris (Green Bay)

Responsible for the accounting functions of the credit union, through utilization of the following practices including, but not limited to, balancing, tracking, and analyzing. May be responsible for additional functions including, but not limited to, balancing GL and correspondent accounts, financial reporting, reconciling information, working with accounts payable, fixed assets, pre-paids/accruals, personal property reports, ordering cash, and assisting branches in their daily balancing. May also be responsible for processing of employee payroll and assisting the Data Analysts if needed.


The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union products and services, coupled with an Associate's degree in Accounting, or related field, or two years of previous work experience in accounting, with particular emphasis in general ledger applications and month-end processing, communication skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of members and employees in high-stress situations, the ability to learn and use Credit Union computer systems, the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to analyze, research, and resolve complex issues by reading and understanding detailed reports, technical materials, and/or regulatory requirements.

Business Analyst - Morris (Green Bay)

The Business Analyst is responsible for becoming the "in-house" expert in various software programs used at the Credit Union, with special emphasis on our core system. This person will work closely with the Credit Union branches and departments to make sure systems are being used efficiently and that the Credit Union is using these systems to the best of their ability. Responsibilities will also include creating customized queries, reports, workflows, dashboards, etc. to assist branches and departments in fulfilling their responsibilities, troubleshooting issues with various software programs, completing clean-up projects as necessary, and assisting with other duties within the department.


An associate's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. A BA, BS, or MS degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Other requirements include the ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed and often technical instructions and/or regulatory requirements, a comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union products and services, a comprehensive knowledge of how data moves through the various software systems and the technical ability to turn data into valuable information as normally acquired through two to three years of on the job analyst experience, the analytical ability to research technical issues and provide workable recommendations which meet regulatory and security requirements, and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members, employees, and vendors in stressful situations.
