Marketing Analyst (Ford Office in Kimberly)

The Marketing Analyst will be instrumental in identifying how to best meet our member's needs, setting direction and executing strategies for the overall image of Capital Credit Union. Primary responsibilities will include managing digital strategy, including the website, online advertising, email marketing and analytics; assisting in creation and execution of ongoing branding campaigns; and overseeing the setting, tracking and analyzing of the marketing budget. Additional responsibilities will involve general support of marketing activities and tasks.


The ideal candidate will have knowledge of technology and its applications with a solid understanding of digital marketing and web best practices, including SEO, SEM and marketing automation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinking and flexible under stressful situations. Must be a self-starter and still able to take direction, as well as comfortable working together as a team. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Creative thinker. Professional in mannerisms. Excellent project management abilities. Knowledge of local advertising mediums and strategies. Ability to adhere to guidelines and policies for allocated budgets. Three to four years of digital marketing experience is desired. A four year college degree is preferred (marketing or business-related).

This position requires the ability to pass a federal criminal background check and be listed on the Federal Mortgage Loan Officer Registry as required by the S.A.F.E. Act. Other qualifications include the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for over fifty percent of the work time, the analytical ability necessary to research and resolve member problems and determine the appropriate course of action, interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members in various degrees of stressful situations, strong communication/listening skills to deal diplomatically and effectively with sensitive situations, strong motivation and sales skills, and the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment when addressing member concerns.
