Collections Supervisor - Morris (Green Bay)

The Collections Supervisor is responsible to establish and maintain a collection program and processes that result in acceptable charge-off and delinquency ratios, as well as limited errors. Oversees collections staff, providing leadership and guidance, and manages the department with efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures compliance with State and Federal credit and collection rules and regulations in all collection practices. Loss mitigation and collections practice standards are of utmost importance.

Mortgage Lending Trainer - Eisenhower (Kimberly)

Trains new Mortgage Lenders on all aspects of the position including products and services, procedures, regulations and compliance, software, referrals, and service to the members. Working closely with the Compliance Officer, they will also provide training and testing on regulations such as the SAFE Act or other compliance related items. The trainer also provides training, refreshers, and updates to current lending staff on changes to any of the above. The Mortgage Lending Trainer maintains all manuals and documents, develops training materials and methods, tracks employees' training, and keeps up to date on all lending regulations and changes. The trainer will travel to various branches in the north and south areas to work with employees or attend meetings.

Member Service Rep (MSR) - Morris

The MSR works with members to meet their financial needs, both on the deposit and lending sides. They open and work with all types of deposit products, including IRAs and HSAs, as well as work with all lending products, except for first mortgages. They can take a first mortgage application. The MSR works together with the teller line on the referral process. The MSR may educate members on money management.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role at a financial institution. Qualifications include the ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed and sometimes technical instructions, correspondence, and memos and possess a strong math aptitude. This position requires the ability to pass a federal criminal background check and be listed on the Federal Mortgage Loan Officer Registry as required by the S.A.F.E. Act. Other qualifications include the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for over fifty percent of the work time, the analytical ability necessary to research and resolve member problems and determine the appropriate course of action, interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and efficiently with a diverse group of members in various degrees of stressful situations, strong communication/listening skills to deal diplomatically and effectively with sensitive situations, strong motivation and sales skills, and the ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment when addressing member concerns.
