E Statement Frequently Asked Questions

Can I receive an E Statement and have a paper statement mailed to me?
If you are signed up for E statements, you can only receive your statement online and you will not be able to receive paper statements through the mail.
 
Why do I need to have a valid email address to sign up for E statements?
You need a valid email address to receive the notice for your PIN number, for notification when your E statement is ready, and for Capital to contact you with
any issues or changes with the E statement service.
 
Why do I need to use the Acrobat® Reader® - can't you just make my statement a web page?
A web page statement does not contain the same type of security tools that is available with the pdf or Portable Document File that Capital uses. To ensure your private
information is kept safe Capital will only use this format for E statements.
The Adobe Acrobat Reader software is available as a free download at Adobe's web site.
 
When will my E statement be ready each month?
Your E statement will be ready by the 5th day of each month.
 
Why do I need to stop in at one of your offices to sign up?
To ensure that your informatin is kept secure, we require proper picture ID and a signature before we begin making E statements available on your account.
 
I can't log in- Invalid login error
Make sure you are using the correct PIN number.
Your PIN for E Statements does not start out the same as your Online Banking PIN.
If you cannot remember your PIN, click on the Forgot my PIN link on the E Statement log in page.
